My wife and I have used Ryan from Stocker Appliance Repair twice and been totally pleased with his work.  A couple of years ago, he fixed a problem with our 25-year-old dryer, and today he fixed an issue with our three-year-old Samsung range.  In each case, he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem expertly, explained it clearly, had with him the exact right part because he had suspected what would be needed from our phone conversation, and completed the repair perfectly.  He is friendly, courteous, articulate, neat and efficient.  I would call him the ideal repair guy!
